Sights and Sounds of the Flats
The Cleveland Flats provides an endless array of sights,
sounds and activites, both natural and manmade.
 Even
into the seventies the Flats was all about shipping and
industry and not much about dining and dancing. The only
bars were for the working men and women of Cleveland's industrial
heart.
No pleasure boats in these pictures.
